Guild guitar.

Story of Guild guitars.

     Drongo and George Mann started the Guild Guitar Company in 1952. His studio in New York and the first line of guitars, a small selection of electro-acoustic arch-top flat roof. In 1955 the club has a vote at a rainbow over the top of the line. Also in 1955, George Mann left the company and the Drongo had complete control.
     With the requirements of the most popular rock and jazz musicians at the moment, the guild managed to build guitars for a carefully selected woods, lakes and high-quality microphone, manual wind. This combination creates a well-built guitar, warm with beautiful colors.

     Companies continued demand for the guitars, that happens a large factory in Hoboken, New Jersey. The Guild's success in 1950 and 1960 and referred to the greatest guitarists such as Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Richie Havens, John Lee Hooker, Roy Orbison, Keith Richards, Muddy Waters and Howlin 'Wolf.
     In 1966 the company increased its trade union in the factory again, and then the largest factory in the west, Rhode Iceland laid. Gremio were also sold this year, electronics company Avnet Inc.

     In 1995 the company was sold, this time with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. Also moved the factory Corona, California.
     It would not be the last train of the guild, because in 2004 all production was moved to Tacoma acoustic, because the purchase of the company Fender Guitars Tacoma WA. Department of Tacoma is a massive 42 000 square meters, in

     The Guild also produced new editions of their most popular models of 60 and 70 that were sold under the name Korea and DeArmond. Blue Bird models, Starfire, and the pilot episode was the bass. In 2005, Fender has performed with the Guild GAD series acoustic guitars that were manufactured in China.
     Many talented and famous guitarists have been accepted to the Guild guitar. In addition to those already mentioned by other players in guilds Bryan Adams, Johnny Cash, Sheryl Crow, John Denver, Bob Dylan, Jerry Garcia, Brian May, Slash, Bruce Springsteen, Stephen Stills, Stevie Ray Vaughan.
